Since 1987 we have equipped over 700 cinema sreens which is a quarter of all new build multiplexes as well as independents and specialist installations including film studios, laboratories and preview theatres. With another 40 supplied to studios and preview rooms. All of these included state-of-the-art sound systems.
In the first quarter of 2007, we have five major productions running digital dailies with our equipment.
Since 2001, with the purchase of our first digital projector for rental, we have sold 2K equipment to the following companies: Cinesite, Arri Media, Midnight Transfer, MPC, Capital FX, The National Film Theatre, Mr Young's Preview Theatre, Universal Pictures International, Grand Central Studios, Jim Allison Editing, and Disney.
We
have also provided rental 35mm projection equipment for films in
production, post-production, live theatre and special events. Since
2001 digital projection has slowly replaced film; in the first quarter
of 2006, we have three major productions running digital dailies with
our equipment.
The digital equipment inventory includes five 2K
and one 1.3K DLP projectors including ancillary equipment,
complementing our twelve 35mm projectors as well as 70mm and VistaVison.
We hold the UK's largest stock of spare parts from several manufacturers with same day dispatch to all UK circuits.
These include Christie, Ushio, Dolby, JBL, Kinoton, Strong, Kelmar and Cinemeccanica.
